The $100,000 Seat

Would You Pay For It?

My wife and I spent a lot of time with family this week—ice fishing, dinner, and watching the Super Bowl.

As we sat there, another question hit me.

"What’s the cost of a private suite at the Super Bowl?"

The answer? It floored me.

🔹 $1.5 million on average
🔹 Up to $2.5 million for the best seats
🔹 Roughly $100,000 per person for a 20-seat suite

Let that sink in.

$100,000 per person.

To sit. Eat food. Watch football for four hours. (And let’s be honest, this one wasn’t exactly a thriller.)

But then I asked myself:

“What price would I be willing to pay to be close to the right people?”

As the camera panned across the VIP suites, you saw it:

🚀 Taylor Swift
🚀 Kevin Costner
🚀 Jay-Z
🚀 Bradley Cooper

Each of them dropping six figures not just for the game, but for the room.

They weren’t just buying a seat.
They were buying proximity.

Because in business, networking with successful, driven, like-minded people is a wealth multiplier.

And the biggest players know it.

So, was it worth it?

You tell me.

What This Means for Us

You don’t have to drop six figures to apply the same principle.

Start small. Start today.

💡 Meet one new person.
💡 Create opportunities for proximity.
💡 Learn about their values, interests, and goals.

My game plan?

Over the next 3 months, I’ll be traveling to 11 cities, and I have one goal: meet at least one incredible person in each place.

I want to connect with founders, builders, creators, and interesting thinkers.

Do you know someone in any of these cities that I must meet? Drop their name, tag them, or DM me!

📍 St. George, UT
📍 Fresno, CA
📍 LA, CA
📍 Spokane, WA
📍 Cincinnati, OH
📍 Tulsa, OK
📍 Dallas, TX
📍 St. George (again!)
📍 Phoenix, AZ
📍 Wichita, KS
📍 Lawrence, KS

The best connections happen through people.

I want to:

  • Expand my connections.

  • Gain diverse perspectives.

  • Foster meaningful relationships.

Why am I doing this?

Because I believe that proximity to the right people can transform our personal and professional lives.

And I want to prove that you don't need a million-dollar suite to make valuable connections.

I'll update you each week with the lessons I learn and the experiences I gather.

Now it’s your turn.

Who are you getting closer to this week?

Enjoy,

Blake
